Aliya Hammond is a social media strategist, trainer, blogger, and speaker. She specializes in social media management, marketing, and social media training for small and large businesses, entrepreneurs, busy executives, and non-profit organizations. She is also the founder of Aliya Hammond Consulting, working alongside a fantastic team of professional Social Media Marketers, Graphic Designers, Website Developers, Videographers, and Writers.

Prior to moving her career into the virtual world of social media, Aliya worked for a number of years in the Interior Design field and taught Interior Design at two major universities. Aliya’s background in design gives her clients a competitive edge when it comes to branding graphic images and messages shared on her client’s social media networks.

Aliya is an alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program, a certified Minority and Women Business Enterprise, and she is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She currently resides in the greater Philadelphia area with her husband and two children. When Aliya is not engaged with her family, she enjoys participating in fitness activities, as well as volunteer activities through her church, community, and various organizations.
