Aliya Hammond is the President of Aliya Hammond Consulting, an agency specializing in marketing and communications, professional development and workforce training, business coaching, and consulting. With more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and marketing strategist, Aliya works with businesses, nonprofit organizations, and public-sector agencies to strengthen their marketing efforts, develop professional skills, and achieve organizational goals.

Through her agency, Aliya leads a team of experienced professionals who deliver strategic marketing solutions, customized training programs, and consulting services. Her areas of expertise include digital marketing, social media strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), leadership development, business development, and entrepreneurship. As a trainer, coach, and speaker, she is passionate about making complex concepts accessible and equipping individuals and organizations with practical strategies they can confidently put into action.

Before transitioning into marketing and consulting, Aliya worked in the interior design industry and taught interior design at two major universities. Her background in design and higher education continues to influence her creative, strategic, and educational approach to serving clients.
