One recent endeavor was to create a welcoming, easy to navigate site for Our Story Their Addiction, a private, loving community of understanding and belonging for anyone who has suffered due to someone else’s addiction.
Offering Love And Support
Loving an addict and/or alcoholic is not easy. It’s lonely and isolating. Knowing that the purpose of Our Story Their Addiction is to offer support without judgement, through virtual meets and a three-module program, we set off to build a website that served the needs of this noble cause. When visitors enter the newly designed site, they are greeted by a soothing, tranquil color palette of soft pink and warm gray, and the words: Love & Support Just For You. The Home page also features testimonials, and a mission statement, as well as an invitation and link to follow Our Story Their Addiction on Instagram.

From there, guests can read about the story of founder Angela, and turning trauma into triumph through the three-module program. A brief overview is given for of Module 1 (Ready For Change), Module 2 (Ready For Joy), and Module 3 (Ready For Balance), along with a tab to learn more about the program that lands on a detailed breakdown of what is included. Visitors wishing to participate can easily sign up directly on the website. Other pages include a Virtual Meet Ups Page with workshops, events and coaching, as well as a blog tab, a contact tab, and a request for a free consultation.
Going Above And Beyond
For this well-organized new web design, further details were essential to telling a story, including a redeveloped logo that was clean and clear, with an easy to read font and cohesive use of color to match the brand identity we were aiming to establish. In addition to inviting aesthetic elements, we also focused on making the site visitor-friendly, with an easy to navigate, more functional interface that required an email opt-in pop up, webinar events, and e-commerce for courses. Obviously, we devote a lot of care, time and effort into what we do for our clients, and it shows!
