Last December, we told you all about our favorite things in the world of social media marketing. And this year, we’ve decided to kick off the holiday season by sharing a list of our favorite Instagram accounts to follow! We’re shining a light on four of the most wonderful and outstanding sites for inspiration, and we hope they will soon top your list of favorites, too.

In case you are wondering how we made our decision when picking favorites, these sites have been featured in our training sessions as case studies of brands that dazzle on social media. They also serve as specific examples of some of the many valuable topics we cover. While each is uniquely special, all are right on-point when it comes to establishing a successful online presence.

Here are our favorite Instagram accounts to follow:

  1. Africa Miranda
  2. Color Me Courtney
  3. Kevin and Amanda
  4. Ain’t Too Proud To Meg

Africa Miranda

Africa Miranda first rose to fame as the breakout star of Bravo TV’s The New Atlanta and has since channeled her dynamic personality and talents into becoming “one of the most on-demand influencers in the beauty and digital media industries.” In addition to actress, her roles include model, author, host, and beautypreneur, as well as brand ambassador for HomeGoods. And it’s easy to see why she’s so popular. Africa Miranda is always super friendly, and she really connects with her Instagram community. Her content includes decorating ideas, stunning photos from her travels, and helpful hair and beauty tips. She also shares before and after photos that show her authenticity. Talk about establishing the know, like and trust factor!

Color Me Courtney

Courtney Quinn describes herself as “a quirky New Yorker with an out of the box sense of style.” She also admits to having a sweet tooth and slight color obsession, which explains why Color Me Courtney is like candy for the eyes! After years of designing handbags for major fashion brands, she turned what was once just a creative outlet and resume booster into a full-time social media obsession. The Color Me Courtney Instagram page is as bright as a box of crayons, and the website is incredibly fun to navigate. Her photos are amazing, but we love her cheerful spirit, positive vibes, and upbeat messaging most of all.

Kevin and Amanda

Food and travel bloggers Kevin and Amanda will take you on a journey around the world, with destinations spanning nearly every continent. From videos, reels, and breathtaking photos of beautiful locations, to travel guides, tips, and itineraries for other adventurers (or those of us who simply dream of trotting the globe), there is so much to explore and discover. You’ll even find photography tutorials and a collection of delicious recipes! The life of this lovely couple is like an open map, and they happily invite the reader to come along for the ride. Feel free to check out the highlights from their recent Canadian Road Trip in Quebec, with information on “where to go, what to do, where to stay, and most importantly, where to eat!”

Ain’t Too Proud To Meg

Speaking of food, Meg Quinn of Ain’t Too Proud To Meg went from advertising executive to food stylist, proving it’s never too late to switch gears and pursue your passions. Meg has partnered with upscale brands like Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table, and she has been featured on The Hallmark Channel, Food Network, and other major media outlets, firmly establishing herself as a brand authority. Her food boards are creatively crafted, perfectly presented, and absolutely drool-worthy, from traditional charcuterie like her Italian Antipasti Platter, to decadent dessert and holiday-themed boards. Her content is always fresh and she even offers tutorials on her site!
