The entrepreneurs accepted into 10KSB are passionate about growing their businesses and represent a diverse, tight-knit community spanning a wide variety of industries. Grouped by region, I had the opportunity to form a life-long support system and network with the incredible members of my cohort, and especially my growth group.
Growth groups are specifically designed for small business owners to form meaningful connections, generate ideas, seek advice, and grow together as entrepreneurs. The importance of growth groups in business, and the value of having a circle of people in your corner, is undeniable. Throughout my time in 10KSB, I formed amazing bonds with the individuals in my growth group. We went out to dinner, met on Zoom, and took a trip together to Longwood Gardens over the holidays. We also have a group text where we chat every day about everything and anything! More than business colleagues, we have become both friends and family.
